Amazing Bouncing Castle Experience! I rented the Jumping Jack Bouncing Castle for my daughter’s 2nd birthday, and it was perfect! The setup was fast, and the castle was spotless and secure. The kids had so much fun, and it kept them entertained for hours. My daughter was thrilled — she didn’t want to stop jumping! The company was professional, on time, and easy to work with. Highly recommend for a stress-free, fun party!

Excellent customer service from start to finish! We used Jumpin Jacks for a birthday party, they were responsive, professional, and genuinely kind. It was an incredibly smooth experience from securing the rental all the way through setup and pickup. I really appreciated their flexibility in working with our 2-acre property—especially taking the time to use extension cords and ensure everything was safely connected to an active power source. They were professional, efficient, and quick with both setup and takedown. Overall, it was a great experience—thank you! We will definitely be using your services again and again.

For our sports league, we planned a large barbecue event to host all of the players and families as a season kickoff. Every step of the way from booking with jumping jacks, gathering details, payment and communication was all handled seamlessly and professionally. Drop off and pick up were exactly on time and the equipment was perfect for our event. The kids especially loved the dunk tank!!

They were great! We use the Mickey Mouse clubhouse and it’s huge! The kids loved it. My two year old slept for 12 hours after her party largely because of this bouncy house.
